Hi, I'm Quiana. I'm a Boston-based mom, small business owner and engaged member of my community. As a Connector, I highlight mindful lifestyle content through my blog Harlem Lovebirds, while I champion fellow small business owners as a Consultant with my company Trifecta Media Group. I share my voice as a Communicator speaking at conferences and events nationwide.

Quiana started Harlem Lovebirds in 2009 to share her family’s experience in NYC. In 2016 her family relocated back to Boston where she and her husband first met as college sweethearts. Quiana co-founded Trifecta Media Group in 2014 to champion small businesses in the areas of marketing, graphic design and PR. TMG caters to start-up companies spanning industries such as health and wellness, entertainment and technology products drawing upon her expertise from 8 years on both advertising agency and client-side.
Quiana is a seasoned speaker and Toastmaster appearing on national television and regularly interviewed on local radio. Through Quiana’s blog and experience as an entrepreneur she regularly speaks at social media conferences such as BlogHer, Blogalicious, Mom 2.0 and Altitude Summit covering topics such as privacy, using social media for social change, and using one’s blog to pivot to other business opportunities.
